Here are my tricks

You can increase pudge's hook with usage of force staf on yourself.
You can use life steal or in this case heal of Terror blade with you taking no damage if you cast it on frendly hero and active euls scepter on you.
Blood seeker's ultimate works when you hook people ,use force staf on them,etc
Etheral forum makes you invurnable to Omnislash
Void's time walk can be incresed by clicking dagger when you blink
Bara's ulti and Time walk can make Void bug and blink to end of map
You can have 2 aegis in team if spectre has one and couple secs before rosh respawn ,you use dagger and walk on dark path via aegis( it wont desapear)

but its true  :Dwith evasion stacks only skills not based on evasion but looks like that on other mechanics like void backtrack

As far as i know 2 evasions work in this way : ( i can be wrong)

U have mort and it has dunno lets 30% evasion and 30 from butter .you can evade one time no matter source of evasion (skill or item) but they dont work when you get evasion from item and skill i one time ?! it is something like that...i heard something similar about basher ...

evasion doesnt stack so butter on mort gives no evasion

Also problem is i dont take that explanation for problem resolving.. i think those two evades stacks somehow

yeah its like that in some cases if you got item and no skill you got the item effect and vice versa but both cant work like evasion basher crit and so on
same like some orb effects in some cases some items work if you got it first then the skill more info is in orb stacking ( I think that some of these exceptions got diffusial and maginas mana brake with quelling blade:) )
