lagg appeared couple days before new year
« on: January 08, 2011, 04:22 »
I was wondering how long it will last - cuz pd.eu no longer can provide good gameplay for me (canada). even having ping 97-110 it feels like it spikes terribly and screen freezes for almost a second sometimes. Its not my ISP cuz i dont have the same spikes on other bots.

Hi guys,
Same here. From: CZ. Ping: 10-50. But sometimes I have lags which make game almost unplayable. Ok it's playable, but it's awfull, because anytime my view of game could become frozen.
I discovered, that my ping to PD is ok, but that i got "timeouts". I tried trace and discovered that signal is disappearing somewhere in UK.
Dunno I wanna make special post about this with more technical details, but when i saw this i post just a brief summary here. Any advices? I would be gratefull. It happened me 3 month ago and it disappeared after week. It seems to me the problem is not in my PC nor somewhere on providers hardware, but somewhere on the road = unsolvable, am I right?
