Funny thing i know some spoof bug (dunno how it works) you can change name into whatever you want...i saw guy changing names into : myubernick , fawkz ,extasy  etc ,but i dont know how it works

If he is using name spoofer and changing his nick - he can be banned, if you can tell me his real nick.
But the bot will not allow a user with the same nick, as a player inside the lobby, to join. So he probably just used 'i' in his nick.

He just saw me on PD stats and made same acc....
