switch on need because of balance in the game,you can't play 1v5,or 2v4,or 5v3,did i am right?but game without SO is game like clan wars,or something like that,when you have team of 5 ppl

It's not so hard to understand:

It' better create -so games because u have more chances to finish a balanced game and u dont risk anything because if 5v3 and they refuse to switch u r free to leave and host cant ban u.

The question is another: If u leave the game will be counted in stats?

This is bad and doest'n coincide well with the ratio of the rules.
If 5v3 u r free to leave (99% u lose the game if the other team is decent) because of rules (probably unplayable conditions) why the game "unplayable" has to be considered?
Is it fair that the other team continue playng 4 stats?

Ofc It is.
If ther is a situation 5v3 (with -so mode) and they dont switch probably they care only for stats (they want win 5v3). In that case u can leave by rules and probably they will continue playng 5v2 or 5v1 or 5v0 (I have seen this). It's obiovius that they dont care about the fun side of dota but only 4 stats so would be good punish their "bad behaviours" only dont give them their, feeded, stats.
In my opinion this would be the ratio of the rule: you r free to leave withouth a ban

Whitout SwitchOn (SO) how we can play balanced game if 2 players or more leave from game?
Check rules for balance/switch in games, and if someone break these rules u can report!

To your question here is my answer: Many people just want to play regardles of the score ( including me )  When a team is winning they have nothing to complain, but when a team is losing they have everything to complain...

If i create a game i would do it w/o -So, because i hate switching...

My point is: every time a player switches from the stronger team, the oposing team has a chance to win ( it is balance isn`t it? ) but the player that switches is Imba in levels and in Items.. And who can kill him then especially if he is a carry like slark, naix or naga

lol dude how can a imba hero SW ,,,a imba hero cant have the lowest  -roll  ,,i fyou dont remember the lowest -roll SW ,,and if a hero with high levels and good farmed can have a low -roll
