how i can ban , but no when i am owner and when somebady leave ... , when i am in game but no leaver ?

Requirements:
 - Good English communication skills
 - Well mannered and polite
 - Availability to deal with the requests
 - Fair DotA knowledge
 - Understanding of the rules

If you meet the requirements and wish to apply please create a topic on the Recruitment board with your biography including:
 - Name, age, country, occupation
 - Realm (Eurobattle/FawkzBNET/RGC) accounts and server history (past accounts)
 - Gaming history (how long have you played DotA and where have you played)
 - Why do you want to become a mod?
 - Why should we recruit you?
 - Anything else you would like to mention

NOTE: Subject of the topic must be the nick of your user on the realm you play.

Post a ban request on the forum.
@dRagoLjuB: Have you read his question? Even as a moderator, he won't be able to ban a player, while he is ingame.
