Could host be banned in this situation ?

Ok i joined today a apem pro game. Host took take of all sentinel team and gathered pros. As for scourge all noobs started to join. I said to him to kick a few, the others joined. I didnt got the chance to say to host to kick those new ones as well cause he started allready, knewing that there are noobs in scourge team.

As the game started, he typed -AP (game name was apem) and muted chat for all duration of the game. I bet u know what happened next during that game. So, is he bannable or not ?

Doing a mode different from the mode in game name is bannable. Stacking teams isn't.

Host choses who he wants in his game,you still have those 5 seconds enough to leave the game and pick other.

There are team stackers ,and you can not change it.

Also you can host your own game.

Democracy sucks in dota (noobs vs normal players proportions are uneven. 70% to 30% it will be madness( insert 300 remix theme here <----)
