cant join game

Hi ppl, i have one small problem, i cant join any PD games, my name is BeliOrao and play from eurobattle.net. I just want to ask why i cant join (i played before). am I banned ??? If i am tell me in which game that i can make unban request i search my game and forum and i cant find where i'm banned.

Do you have DotA v6.70c in your maps/download folder?
