Pls heavyer punishments for map hackers!!!!

I'm geting sick and tired of losers who folow invisible players on the map, use aoe skills to kill, hook/arrow in fog etc.
And remember, it takes them 10 seconds to make an account, and a week or so to catch and report them, so the accout ban thing is kind of useless.
I'd suggest a perma ip/ip class ban for maphack users.
it's too much for leavers, cause anyone might have connection problems, but there's no accident in witch maphack installs itself on your computer and makes u abuse it, is there?

Make new acc = no punishment at all
Than dealing with MH reports is useless thing really and they take a lot of time and knowladge.It is as same as breaking normal rules.
IP blocking is best way to keep MH out of server

i think that something like steam_id would be better, a code that sticks to your comp even if you reinstall the game

Every 1 min?Ok,for the fun lets say every 10 mins,an average lasts over 40 mins,but we will say 30 mins,so thats 3 ss every 10 mins,10 players = 30 screenshots every 10 mins,thats 90 screenshots,for 1 game,not to mention that over 4000 players play here on playdota.eu,yes,the idea is good,but not perfect

As Icypig said it takes some knowledge to make a difference between MH,map awareness and pure luck.Except for those obvious MH.And even though it's very annoying when your every gank on certain player fail(I'm talking about those obvious users) I find it way more annoying when you get flamed in pubs whenever  you escape a gank or hit an arrow or hook on a player that runs away in fog of war.Come on,it is not that hard to predict where will he go,you don't need to be omg pwnerer.

But yeah,I agree with you,getting one account banned is no problem for them.

Luck is one thing,but mh is another,since PD.Eu and Eurobattle.net are working together they make the best server online,but if you see a MH user report him to PD.EU and Eurobattle.net where they will IP ban them

IP Ban > many people has dynamic IPs everytime they restart modem, VIOLA! new IP
EVEN if u consider MAC Address > There will be many Cyber cafes crying about unbanning their MAC addresses because they can't control everyone especially in big cyber cafes with above 100 computers in it.

Maybe an epic expert can modify warcraft3 loader exe file to alternate the way it decide to show fogged units. But it sound almost impossible.. bleh  :'(

from my pov its ok to use mh in public games (yeah its disadvantage versus other players ) but when ur using maphack ur simply geting  worse at dota  and even when u relise that ur pro enought to play without mh already u will be just random casual noob who can't do a shit    there will always be morons who has no brainz and need hax to pwn   im playing video games for 15+ years and i already realised that as long there is way to cheat noobs will do it

This. IP Bans are too easy to dodge. Banning the ISP(Internet Service Provider) on the other hand not so much. But there needs to be an ID system like Issac suggested
