finnaly some fixes for tuskarr, and i still think that his ulty cooldown is to short.

They fucked up so much rikimaru. To much noobs complain about this hero beeing too imba. Now it has low backstab dmg (1x), low hp and low armor. Haters gona hate, Noob will be noob. Soon they totaly remove backstab because "few" noobs will keep complaining about this super imba milion hp and armor, milion backstab dmg hero. Lawl.

ulti is ok imo.
snowball is like mass skewer,dagger,blink+stun,
sigil is the best thing against carries,especially vs melee
that wall is a great skill too,dmg+wall free kills in early game,even in mid.can block very good,perfect skill to separate heroes from his teammates...
