Shade when you explain me how you made one bs sig and one is very good and one is even uglier than first bs ,than you can talk about who is ripping or not. And if you post that tut give credit of maker not copy cat like you.

ON topic :

Lil some more info for that 3rd sig.
1.Dont use too much blur in back ground ,focal or render is not fitted in background.You need to try to make perfect blend of background and focal.
2.Fonts are terrible ,try using different ones ,than try using less text (if you wanna be pro sigger) less is more because it draws more attention from focal and thats is one of most important rules of pro sig making ,also try to do this :

Use 2 different lines one is main and most important like lil thug ,increse font size,and other line is smaller dimensions less important.

Also try to make them close to focal because it is way better.

I meantime try dafont.com for fonts or just google ,and brushes deviantart.com

Also try some tricks with fonts like this (my old work)

The big deal is that you don't give credits to the one who actually put time in it.
