cause sound helps you watch the game - some spells are connected with it - so you notice when some1 goes to invi, use BKB and so more
its useful but not necessary
what I have off is music overbeat the sounds and I can turn on my own music to overbeat the sounds

That is not possible with merely a bot.

The Ranked Gaming Client is a software made by Roger "Sir-Rogers" Weber. The client/platform is nothing like the battle.net. The host bots on RGC are using API's which allows them to make such "sounds".

We are unable to add this command.
But here is your solution.

Just use w3 -banlist, sexy lady says "game started"  , when game is started.
