Now u must be thinking im out of my mind but no! pugna with sny can be a dps! Sny = can attack while decriphy someone! and guys gets 40% bonus dmg . But that ofc is reduced by spell reduction , it comes in very handy when  u got tc on ur side then ur a real dps !

I heard that its possible to attack with orbs only when you click manualy... Like trax and clinkz but not with just toggled on orb. Click on orb and choose a target. Decripified targets works but so many heros have not toggable orb, like ursa.

As it has been told, you can't use items' orb effect on target under Decripify. You may use orbs from heroes who posses toggable orb effect like Traxex, Clinkz, Viper and few others.
