Hi, I'm here to report a BanUnbanMod ( ArizaelCZ )

Since when in pd.eu banning a player who pluggued is against rules ??!!! how can the host know ??!
I gathered some links when u can see that ArizaelCZ is abusing ban commad : every time someone plug or simulate a plug and post an unban request, he get unbanned and the host get banned ( bad host )
what's that ?!!
Imagine : You are a host, a leaver simulates a fake plug and leaves, how can you be sure it's real or fake ? You ban him, when he post unban request it's the mod who judge it.
Why do the host get banned ?? are you kidding me ?
This way, this moderator is encouraging people to leave games, he says that people are abusing ban command. ( Lol Can't you see yourself ArizaelCZ ?? )

as far as I understand you got banned because you banned a guy after 5v3,it was 5v3 you guys didnt want to switch or rmk(which is ur right ofc) but then its his right to leave too.You could have easily finished the game without that ban but still you wanted to ban him,I really dont understand why.Also your arguments are so false,when they leave a game after 5v3 and when you finish,you still get the win and the leaver still gets the loss,so its kinda forfeit after 2 leaver.You supposed to NOT ban him

Edit:We dont ban the hosts who bans the pluggers but when a guy laggs out with 0:0 score after 50 secs or 100 secs etc(i mean the beginning of the game) ,hosts love to ban them and we are trying to teach them that banning obvious disced ppl isnt right.Your ban isnt about it

If number of players in the opposing team is greater then 2 players and the game mode does not include -so (-switchon) you are free to leave the game without ban;

In this game pudge left, after the game was already 5v3.
Now if you read the statement above you will see that he had full right to do it.
You were already banned by quon for similar issue in the past. One would think you will know the rules by now.

Every time the game owner bans a person he is supposed to actualy think. The ban command is not here to be used every time you can.

Why should host ban people who Lost connection before the game even started? They joins game let it start and then plugg out in first minute?

Why should people who loose connection after they make double kill plugg out the cable (yes these thing does happen).

Everytime before you !banlast think. Most of these pople lost their connection for the first time. They don't deserve the ban. And yet they must post here and wait for unban.

I waisted my time and check all the links. EVERYONE of them, obvious d/c but one. A guy playing atropos who got d/c at score 5-3 would have been my only doubt. All other situations was a clear d/c. If u cant judge when a player d/c or when he plugs, then pls stop hosting.

when u ban someone who have the score 10-0 in that game an dc,or when he dc in first 2minutes of -ap game, i`m sure u know he didn`t plugged, but u still ban him for nothing. when the game turns out to be 5 vs 3, all are free to leave, so u as a host don`t have the right to ban them.

if u ban someone who don`t deserve ban , he must w8 for an unban on forum. so it`s not fare for him.
not all the hosts who bans dc-ers get ban for ban abuse , only in situations where is obvious that the user didn`t plugged, like in the examples u show us

It's sad that u host a game and u dont know rules and mod's behaviour (easy if u go on forum sometimes)

Since u cant know if he d/c or not u cant ban him...u can only when u r sure.

How u can know if he d/c or not ? U have to "read" the game just a little, if u dont know how to do, in doubt, dont ban! dont be a bannable "ban abuser"!!!

I have to agree with user S-nakeater because i was banned myelf by ArizaelCZ the other days for the reason 'bad host'. We started the game and appeared that the 'user has left' not something like 'lost connection', 'connection timed out' or other problems that might occur. We wrote rmk and the other players voted to ban him and requested me, so i did, because i thought it's the right think.
Anyway i have to thank the admin because he unbanned me and gave me a warn, but i lost time posting 2 unban requests and trying to explain myself. I've been in the situation when my net dc and the host banned me abusively so i don't do the same thing to other players, or i played 3 vs 5 or all the situations above, but it's not fair to ban someone for 2 days without checking his games or hosting in other games. Maybe some people don't have multiple acc so they play only on one and 2 days ban for reason that in my point of view it's kinda lame without support.

If someone has a score 10-0 etc or he leaves at the beggining of the game its does always mean that he didnt do this on purpose. I mean half of the people leaves not only when they have bad score, bad hero etc etc., but also when they don't have time to play, has to leave somewhere. So it's also depends of the situation, so you can't be really sure that he lost the connection and didn't plugged. Every situation of leaver is different and there are many hints in those situations that you should judge by them if hes a leaver or not. But in this state I doubt that I would ban him, because I could get banned myself. So leavers are free to leave I think w/o ban now because hosts will be afraid to get banned themselfs.

Gaming history of every player is recorded. Including the information how did he end the game. So everytime we are checking if player is "plugger" we search his gaming history. If you can see that the guy has tons of "leaver" games, it's obvious that something is wrong here.

However if somebody dces for the first time in their last 50 games as 14/4 akasha and right after his last kill, I see no reason why should he post here on forum, wait for resolve, while the host is hapily playing (and banning another people, while he can be sure it won't happen to him).
I belive that our dear topic creator didn't protest when he wasn't banned here for "simulating fake plugg".

@reKOIL There is presumption of innocence. Unless you can't prove that he did it for his personal reasons, there is no need to ban him. Naturaly we can see if he does it frequently and we will ban him in that case. However I don't think that many people willingly quits the game where they are owning.

whats the point of discusing that. Rules are clear. 5v3 , no -so - no ban. U broke that rule so who do u want to blame? That player had to wait for unban to play next game cause u did rage ban or u didnt know rules. Personally i wouldnt ban u for 10 days in that case but it depends on moderator that is solving ur request.
