Use of warns?

A afker should always be banned i think.
You can get bans as much as you want?

He gets a warn.

on 16 nov he gets Ruller !ban 5days +!warn Afker
on 7nov he gets ruller baned 1week leaver
oktober 22 banned ruller
and october 18 he left a game and bban request gets denied : http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,25917.msg80520.html#msg80520

in 2months time there are 5ban requests for him. and none are unfounded.
This is why lately poeple leaver more often. If you lag out though break but afking and leaving should be long ban. As you can see here no one cares. They keep doing it. And whats a warning then

good if he goes afk...some tards still play and feed...and those who dont wanna kick feeder,noob,it just shows how noobs they r.coz they dont have the balls to play against a normal team...
In these cases,where they dont want to kick feeder,i go to fountain or killing neutrals and let them enjoy their 'win'

Warning! Its not so teriffic. Do something what would scare rule-breakers. For stats players -10win +10loose and problem solved.
