So the 'noob in pro game' rule was taken out cause the new system would be implemented. But it's over a few months now and the new system is still not coming. So does anyone know for SURE when its going to be implemented ?

The decision was bad: just take out a good rule cause a new system would come out....well...in 1 week...1 months....3 months....etc. WHO took that ''wise'' decision ? If you;re going to change rules, at least dont make it worse untill u have one that are at least as good, if not better. It was a illogical noobish :D decision.

Since then, pro's took advantage and started ruining noob games, tottaly unbalanced teams, misserable gameplay experience and very ''encouraging''  and ''helpfull'' for real noobs to actually get better at dota or enjoy a game.

My oppinion: rule should be reimplemented ultill new system is out and running.

Duuude host or any other player in the game can !sd the players and decide if he plays or host kicks him..

U dint play much un noob games lately? Usuali a host !sd for all , picks the "killers then quick starts the game... or if a noob requests a kick for a pro... gets the !open comand... u know?

I add u more examples ... status is not made from kills only , i uasualy play with rhasta for example on disable that means a tipical status on my game is 1max 2 kills 5-7 deaths and above 10 asists , but usualy tha game goes to a winning. that makes me a noob? truly im betwen noob an regular player but i have my strong heroes :)
And dont get me wrong i dont want more work for the moderators but 8 out of 10 games the "pro" its in a game.
I ocasonaly enter a pro game and trust me... i have seen a "noob game" being more pro than a "pro game"

Sry, Im a big noob, and yes have 2 kills only with rastha and 7 deaths...yes make u a big noob 2 :)

PS: I agree with u for the rule vs pro

This is starting to piss me off ... take out the status thing... its causing only problems , for some players , or insert a no status rule on noobs game , that means by default a game with noob in name , doesnt register any status for any players...
Here the reason  http://stats.playdota.eu/?p=gameinfo&gid=989996
And what host said , its barely visible but its there...

Lol please read before you post. You can host a game with the command "." and the game wont count as a ladder game (stats wont count)

I agree with you , I can but , what if the host is not me? , i uasualy dont have that much free time, so i play 1-2games when i can (old flame for me) , and i dont host for that...

This is very very bad solution in my opinion.
Truth stats don't cout, but the replay is not saved and rules doesn't aply. So be sure that you will have tons of leavers if you host with ".".

This stats system shakes mind. . . Many host do !sd fast swap and go. Its stats playing. Theres no fun at all. They only care about win nomatther how they did it. 5v4 game and some players says "no rmk!". Fuck that style.. . Congratulations to all fun-purpose players. Dota is for fun ;)

It's a bad ideea searched by that hosts which loose most of games. If one host had in his team a medium-pro player ,or even a noob player who have luck and growns fast it is ok,but if this happens in the other team then it should made a rule like this...
This is so lame..
Anyway,it is hard to decide who is noob/pro.This is a relative/subjectively supposition,no one could decide 100% corectly that 1 player is a noob or a pro gamer => A rule like this cannot be materialized.

The ideea is that a noob doesnt know the ideal build for a special hero... but that... and 1 more thing... i never seen a dagger on a noob... usualy a noob picks a  1 max 2 dmg spell hero ... but that is just my opinion...
