doubts concerning playdota bots at euro server

Hello everyone, new here..

There are some things I've been wanting to ask:

Who can host games on playdota bots at euro sever? The bot owners and whoever these owners allow to host?

Are playdota bots "linked"? Like... if I can host in 1 bot I can host on the others too, if get banned in 1 get banned in the others as well... ?¿

I used to host (not through playdota) but now windows 7 keeps resetting my connection unless I leave it set at "Public Network", and public network blocks everyone from joining my games :/

Is there anyway that I could be allowed to create games on eurobattle bots? Or maybe a thread for this kind of request?

The bot is public, so as far as I know anyone can host. Try /w playdota.eu !gopub gamename. If you cant join then you are probably either banned or you dont have the map.
