 Its not game ruining when ppl who get good score in noob games join into pro one and then feed enemy? For example  die 3 times in first 10 mins? Last game i get 2 ally in my team like that. Checked them on internet and all games which they played were for noobs.
Its okay?Cause this is today at least 4th my game ruined up to 15minute .
For me is  this more importat rule like leaver, cause 5v4 is more playable like with feeder and you know that! Worst thing is i have to stay and play agains realy feeded enemy when game is decided. If some1 leave we can leave or balance ,but if is feeder in game what to do? Nothink, just hope for fast finish...

oh thats what i do when im in a good mood go ap  > pick pugna > first item boots > go and rush mid tower until u get it down > gg no re pro strat

cmon guys ,stay with topic. Skill abuse rule is removed.
The main reason why ppl using (central) playdota bot is possibility of skill check using stats and central ban database. I know its poor skill measuring .However if he has good stats gained in pros games ,is big chance he have enought skill to play with and against  pro. Now we have nothing....stats totaly ruined :/

Can i get some link where was about that discussion or some reaction..so we can be all happy?
