MrNiceGuy: i have already seen a lots topic about U and othes mods, like ninja unban, mute abuse, etc. I would say its sort of truth, but once you are mod, you have that power to do it... Just sometimes it doesnt look fair to rest players.

Overall: PD is free for all, u can play and u dont have to pay for it, its similar when u connect to someones private bot and u get banned, what u will to do then? Nothing, because u will say: " pff, he is idiot, i dont care about  ban...." and u will not post on BN.net your ban request because u got banned by other player.

If u want to get mods power: 1. Have your own bot
                                                2. There is a lot of bots providers, just buy it...
                                                3. Do request for PD.eu mod

But never cry... live your life, but remember: Life is not fair and u can do nothing with it...

Noob in pro game/pro in noob game rule is removed, any report about being noob in pro game/pro in noob game will be locked immediately and that request will be denied.

Well I am say that I am touched by your attention. Here r explanations :

1. Regarding this game. I all explained here.

2. Regarding msn.. He abused mute command towards bone who played solo all game (which is ok since he is late game carry) and he was jealous on him cause of his 10:0 score. I warned him there not to abuse it. Later when game was almost over (i made devine for fun) bone dropped and host banned him. I said that he will be banned for bad hosting and then he started to flame me and insults me. We could lose game cause host sold 20k gold items worth from bone.... we had won game and we could lose it cause of him.

3. gregster was clearly noob in that game. If u see his stats he feeds in pro games and he plays often noob games.

4. prekidach was clearly noob in that game. If u see his stats he feeds in pro games and he plays often noob games.

5. Regarding "bad manners" thing. Morwena is host from this game who abused his host status and after I took control he threatened me. That is not acceptable for me who has 10 posts and 50 played game here toward some1 like me.

6. And finally our game[/rul] Arizael.


We had hard spamming lane top. Me(rhasta) and Kober_by (davion) against erdar and zeus. Both were focusing me all the time and we had few chances to kill them (maybe own them) if davion have had fire instead of armor against 400 hp heroes in lane...

I will always mute that person and unmute when I want, case me (admin) > you (host).


I explained all appeals towards me. So if MuN and Fawkz think that I abused even in one of those situations I am rdy to insta resign cause I have been doing my "job" wrong during all time. I banned all noobs that I have been playing with in pro games in my team, which is normal to me since I am admin and its my job.

I dont care for opposite team. If some1 from there wants to report noobs, he is free to do it. I often play with friends so owning some1 and then reporting/ban them for being noob in that game is ridiculous. We call it common sense...

That skill rule isnt "removed 100%". It will be interpreted in different way. U will be able to limit skill lvl of game by rank points.

I as admin in game have right to take over hosting if u fail as host. In that game gregster (aa) had problem with his isp and he had >100 ms. I have put it on 200ms to try making him not to drop. Then he got stabilized and morwena have put it on max... after that he stopped moving again and I have put it back on 50ms, then morwena started acting "smart" and have put it back on 10000. Then I took away ownership from morwena.

I prevented that user not to drop. After your morwena's "wtf" I muted chat. Then I got threats that I will be reported, etc...

That kind of behavior is unacceptable toward admin and morwena deserved a ban.

If I see 1 more topic regarding this issue, those users will be banned.

The function Synclimit do not effect general gameplay, this is only to syncronize players who is falling behind from the main flow in the game and if someone is falled behind (after 60 sec) he/she will be instantly kicked instead of ruin game for all other by "freezing" game for 0,25-60 sec a time (other word IMPROVE overall gameplay!). As i remember from this game with Morwena some went in the this state and she put max ofcorse. 

Taking ownership over a game where the original owner sets max in synclimit is wrong! If she had messed up LATENCY then it would been another matter sins it can alters delay or spikes in game! When someone is stealing ownership in a game, ofcorse the original owner will be upsett when he/she gets NO warning!
I am expecting an propper appologie to morwena due this misstreatment Quon did against Morwena if he/she will earn my and MANY more's respect back!

And just out of curiosity, can mods see ALL chat(allies, pm, enemies and all chat)?(sins he/she knew morwena wanted rapport him) If yes, dont you think it is unfair?

That guy didn't drop, I've read only the  chat log and could tell. So Quon took the ownership from him because the host wanted to drop him, using !synclimit max.

No , they can't. But prolly Quon saw that coming and read the chatlog as well after the game.
