Sins you locked this topic ill write here Quon. The function Synclimit do not effect general gameplay, this is only to syncronize players who is falling behind from the main flow in the game and if someone is falled behind (after 60 sec) he/she will be instantly kicked instead of ruin game for all other by "freezing" game for 0,25-60 sec a time (other word IMPROVE overall gameplay!). As i remember from this game with Morwena some went in the this state and she put max ofcorse. 

Taking ownership over a game where the original owner sets max in synclimit is wrong! If she had messed up LATENCY then it would been another matter sins it can alters delay or spikes in game! When someone is stealing ownership in a game, ofcorse the original owner will be upsett when he/she gets NO warning!
I am expecting an propper appologie to morwena due this misstreatment Quon did against Morwena if he/she will earn my and MANY more's respect back!

That guy didn't drop, I've read only the  chat log and could tell. So Quon took the ownership from him because the host wanted to drop him, using !synclimit max.

Let me state pure facts...  IF a player that is laggins as bad that he/she is falling behind the mainstream then it will NOT matter if you use synclimit max or 50! If a player is lagging this bad then he will ether get back OR fall out!

What is difference between these 2 versions?
1. When using low synclimit and a player is dropping out by lagging/high ping then game pauses at 60 sec untill player DROPS or gets back
2. When using high synclimit(max) and a player is dropping out by lagging/high ping then game will still resume without any interuption and the player will ether drop out after 70 sec or get back into the game.

Summary it is MORE profitable with high synclimit to prevent laggers RUIN game for others sins they will ether drop or not even on low/high synclimit! Before you play "MrWiseGuy" then learn the subject

Tard in general is short for Retard and if im not remembering wrong then ive seen in rules or in signature of one mod that "Retard is not a flame"

I will assume that you are not very old here, in the forums, or else you would have known that the mod's signature was an irony, adressed to the one who stated that " Retard is not an insult, is a classification ! " IIRC.

Synclimit can't make some1 drop. It just removes the lagg window so the others can play (and its often abused by host when he wants to kill the lagging player). By increasing and decreasing the synclimit you can probably slightly increase the time the player has to come back, but it isn't nothing significant. You can't make player drop by increasing synclimit - you can by increasing latency by game owners can't increase latency above 120 ms.

Main thing to say is : Congrats to the mods for reaching decission that is widely accepted by the comunity. You have boosted my confidence into pd staff. Thank you.

havent read all 3 pages,got bored at first one.
So,OT:
I was banned by him too,coz i 'flamed' a guy with retard,which is not flaming and for mute abusing(omni) who wasnt healing,wasnt using ulti in team fights,let us die few times,when riki attacked bone he DONT wanted to heal him,and when he started to eat crap i muted him(after about 10 min was unmuted)
When i wrote ban req for him for noob in pro game,quon just wrote denied.i checked his stats,only on first page i found 3-4 noob games,havent even checked the rest but i would find more,thats 100%.

No, quon is so good for PD and this forum am 100% sure, they all know me like acter in all topic:s agains admins , but here i think he is good mod
