I never saw some thing called "expert" its jsut shity thing that people calls better than they are...
which means they are noobs.... its simple

Noobs are people that starting theyr adventures with a game, they know nothing or lamost nothing about such game. Also that could be they are training something.
For noobs u can also add people who are not good at something (nobody is perfect)
So if we speak about dota, noob would also mean a feeder, guy that dont know there is such thing as deny, get all lsot game in a 10 of row with score more deaths than killed, that flame his own team for dying, wsho using skills to last hit... and alot of more but you can sing it by yourself.

PRO means a guy that knows something about game he play in. He know builds and good anti picking. he know how to deny and can wait a time to last hit creep. he know to use skills alot cause cd will go faster if u use skill immediately. Pro knows what he is doing and never blame for his death they own team (except situation where his teamates really fucked situation).. you can also here sing alot

And finally... there is no thing as expert, godlike, beyond pro etc shit that you can only say.
If someone using such words it prabobly means he is trying to be more as pro or he is more as pro. But better than pro is still pro. So people uses word "expert" to scream they are better than pro or they want to be better than pro.

All depends on the point of view.

Mega noobs : not knowing heroes abilities / beginners

Noobs : Boots + tango starting items, wrong hero skills build, bad items build, etc...

Pro : Knowing basics of pro game, hero roles, item build, skill build, map awareness, buying chick/wards/dust

Expertz : Knowing perfect hero roles, support should farm and let creeps to carry in lane, harass opponent, knowing how to roam, using emergency TPs, full hero control, great awareness etc...

Well, in these days its very hard to find true noob or true pro...
Maybe these people are trying to find a new home for themselves.
U can see alot of noobs playing pro games and alot of pros playing noobs game...
Sometimes its better to play noob game cause u can find really hard games there instead of pro games where in 50% of games someone leaves after death.
Otherwords in pro games u can find only leavers
and in noob games u can find only fun. So find a 9 people to play with or you will get only fun playing dota

im kinda wannabe pro guy i think i have over 1000 games on pd.eu bot and still i dont think im a pro because when i see slavi or rapboy or some other real pro i see how much i sux... i can dodge stuns etc with dagger and blink i can cancle ability if its gonna fail but its still not high end gameplay because i play only pub and no cws :/

3 categories of people in Dota based on skills:
1-noobs = amateur in game
2- normal player(but this doesn't exist in Dota vocabulary )
3-professional(in here you can see some more advanced player like in fotball C.R Messi etc but they are still only professionals at that game)

Noob is explained enough I think but a lot of people make a difference between pro games and experts game. In my experience there is NONE. There are no definitions for what an expert is  (except your own) comparing to a pro. Basically those terms are used alternatively or to say as synonyms. Pros can enter expert games and experts can enter pro games and no one will notice. Some define experts as being greater level of skill than pros others define it the other way.
So, in short - PRO players are the same as EXPERTS players.

On the other hand if you want to name someone who is better than an average skillful player terms GODLIKE or MEGAPRO can apply.

Oh, and back to the noob definitions. Every noob term explanation that uses standards as strict item builds (for instance boots as first item, bottle as first item, or plain wtf builds for heroes) is wrong. Although there is a such a thing as a noobish item builds, EVERY build is fine as long as it meets the challenge AT HAND. So, a mirana that makes bf could be just as much as pro as he could be noob. If he plays against such opponents against which he can make battle fury without any bad consequences, can't be considered a noob.
A player can have a noobish item build and not be called a noob. The main difference between a pro and a noob with a nooblike item build is that  that the pro owns with it, and the noob is just ignorant of the potential of his item build.
