Gn changer before game starts?

If a person who puts as game name first: "[whatever mode] pros" and when his team is full of pros, change name to: "[whatever mode] noobs" . And when his team enemy is full of noobs, he starts the game. But when the countdown is in 3 or 2 he changes the name to "[whatever mode]".. gettin pros in his team and noobs in the other team w/o any skill requirement
Is it baneable somehow?

i got  banned  for making random gn's with random words in it so i guess its bannable
