In this tutorial ill post what you need to do to play and not get disconnected.
note: You should do this if you are lagging in game,getting disconnects,etc.
To download the programs all you need to do is click on their icons.

1st Step: Cleaning Your PC

oh noesies...

1. CCleaner is a horrible tool, that ends up ruining more computers than it helps to repair. I strongly advise against using it, unless you really know what you are doing - and if you really know what you are doing, you do not need ccleaner.

2. what has directX to do with drivers? You are right up to the point with the drivers however, many crashes are due to outdated drivers (e.g. someone switches over to win7, and uses drivers from 2001...)

3. now this might be more of a personal experience, but why would you recommend avast?

1) learn to configure your firewall

2) stop surfing on pr0n, war3z, and w3 "utility" sites, stop opening stupid email attachments, you wont need any antivirus

3) learn using hiJackThis and clean your registry manually
