-5v5 apem PRO     or
-5v5 apem NOOBS only

it doesn't matter.

How to react after this;

I am Scourge. Sentinel picks are; Doom, Medusa, Magnus, Slardar, Lanaya.

The three first picks my team mates pick are (in the first second): Sniper, Mortred, Witch doctor, the fourth player waits about one minute then picks Silencer. I am the only one who didn't pick. ROFL. And I should pick strength? ROFL? And sniper says to me; -"lal pick str omfg omfg pick Danvion. OMG he strent. :S"

I mean every single fucking game, the opposite team picks atleast 3 str heroes, and I am left in the end to pick another str. It's like this;

sniper, blood, medusa, terror, me   - them; roof, magnus, rhasta, davion, doctor
sniper, void, viper, invoker, me - them; pudge, ursa, silencer, axe, abadon
sniper, mortred, mirana, chen, me - them; slardar, gondar, nessaj, doom,venge
sniper, venge, silencer, furion, me - them; davion, razor, balanar, mortred, huskar.

how the fuck can you win this...... why dont people pick fucking strength?

Mby is just my bad luck or something, but every single game i play, in my team someone picks sniper first in the first second. And then they pick like mortred, and venge, and the fourth picks like Ancient aparition, and then they spam OMG PICK STR!!!! OMG IDIOT!!!!.

My solution is simple. Try it. Once your teams picks and there are no str heroes in it, I pick Crystal maiden with her 400 hp, and the game is over in 17th minute like yesterday. I really enjoyed.

I had many games like that...
On some AP ... i picked 5th... an picked techie... we lost in 25 mins... but I had godlike with no suicides... cause I was very careful... didnt even dreamed about win... GG for me xD

Pffff...why do you join ap games then???Every1 wants to kill and to be GODLIKE...so most picks are to be carry or some nukers like tinker...and when they pick like this,you just take zeus and KS like hell

Yup, a good way to limit retarded picks is playing -sd or -ar... or even better play with friends.

yy -ap sux -sd is more balanced to picks and -ar shows your luck and skill with random hero cause everybody can play trax but too little some gankers or supports and if friends or teams so -cm is the most balanced mode unfortunately nobody wants to play it
but to the topic yeah it happens to me too and even in -sd

Nobody wants to play -cm cause that would be even worse than -ap in pub games!Then there would be only 1 idiot to pick all your heroes,and probably 3 out of 5 wouldn't know how to play their role in the game...and also nobody wants to wait that long to start a game...

Nah, ap is an awsome mode for pubbers in which u can train your tactic, group playing.. whowever yeah, I had thousends of such situation..
and double yeah, im doing exactly what bora said, I pick something I can have fun with, CM, goblin or other non tank hero and I say "repick if u want str hero" and I fully enjoy loosing game xD

and double yeah, im doing exactly what bora said, I pick something I can have fun with, CM, goblin or other non tank hero and I say "repick if u want str hero" and I fully enjoy loosing game xD

thats why bad in pubs  -cm is for clan wars or some league
so I stick to -sd mode almost never play -ap , -ar/rd sometimes
and as I say enjoyjoy your (life either) game and if gg so make a nice fun with unusual pick
sometime if 4 agi carry pick 5th agi carry and if survive 30 min and farm some gold you win
it happened to me in few games and even in enemy team we were winning and after 30 min 5 carry beated us to spherical cube

yeah 30 min a magical limit for every game and for those unusual picks make it double
yes nukes is for early game later sux  if not stun nukes
and above at all everything is about a team
