Mod breaking rule

Ok, lets say there is a pro guy who joins noob games, few times... Now, rules says: Skill abuse 3rd time - 1 month ban. What if that player is actually moderator? I know, of course no ban for him, no big deal, no warn, no demote, one big nothing cause he is admin, right?

Anyway, just something i came across by accident, Lord Kurai is a good player, u can for sure call him pro (for a pub standards) and yet he plays noob games to boost his stats, and probably ego. I mean, come on... It's not right, i bet these noobs players which were learning how to play had much fun getting owned by someone on way different level.

To admins: Do something about that? Its clearly breaking rules, no some shit that doesnt matter.

I really appreciate u are concerned about how rules are being implemented and the system of justice in pd.eu . fair enogh, u have a good point, u are angry, and I respect it. but let me defend myself.
first, at the end of the last season, I asked kindly to be removed from ladder but since new raking system isnt done yet, it cant be done. I dont play for stats, I play for fun, I dont check ladder stats page at all. I can name u at least 30 players that are way better than me, and I have no trouble pointing that out. But I do also have some friends , who play mainly noob games so I join noob games to have fun with my friends. Ironically, u have posted links of my "best matches", well, I will put some epic "noob games" played by me. But firstly I wanna clear the games u listed

1)when I joined that game , its gn was "martin" and if u dont believe me, i have replay (which I can post) . from chat log, u can see we rarely write (cuz we were on ventrilo), and after we got in,we went afk and tuputamalder pointed out it could be a noob game since mode was apem. then we checked it (all my friends and me); im sure u can read that at around 15 s in game
2)did u see that games hour? 2 am. no games at lobby and I played WR with battlefury, I guess there is not a noober WR than me, vaikiss would kill himself if he watched that replay
3)i was playing with friends (geistes) vs friends (castiele) was pretty much a private game, only 2 pubbers and most of my friends wanted pubbers to be noob to have a balanced game (1 for each team).
4)2-1-9 stats abuse? really? and btw, i have a terrible win/lost ratio with geistes (dont know why). As I wrote above , I joined cuz my friends are playing there and geistes was practicing playing support and I was teaching how to play maiden, if u checked the game before that one (when we lost but u didnt post it), I played CM and geistes a carry

Could u tell me why u left this games out of your list? or your pick your "examples" that suit what you are writting? anyway, when new ranking system will be implemented , I wont be in ladder so pls, dont worry about me. I hope it doesnt bother u that a pubber (and a proud one) playing for fun has better sd than a stats hunter :/ 
if i lose with my friends, its ok, np for me. btw, why is my list larger than yours? anyway, i feel honored that a pro like u , checked the stats page of a "pro for pubs standards"

Bf in windrunner isn't that bad. It's cheap dmg, nothing special and gives some regen. At least, after you've got phase-orchid. After that mkb/agha and you're fine.

was bored and did some math. i took all the games listed from topic starter and lord kurais posts:

stats boost of 11 noob/normal games

4kills a game.
5.8 deaths a game.
didnt count creep kills but with common sense its like 150~ a game.

while his basic stats from 161 games are...:
5.37 kills a game
4.5deaths a game
120 creep kills a game.

wow imba stats boost indeed! i can bet 100euros that if he wanted to boost stats he would get way better stats from those tr noob games, noob games, any games.

I think, by looking at the rules, that regardless of all your arguments you have still broken the rule "Player must enter games corresponding his DotA skills". It has no clause whatsoever, therefore no reason should excuse you for doing it. Im willing to bet a fair amount of cash that if Id do the exact same thing with the exact same excuses, Id be banned in seconds!

Oh but what is this talk of "stat boosting"? The only mention of the word "stats" in the rules is in this rule: "Player is allowed to stay at fountain with the intention of killing heroes for better stats by participating in only 10 kills". I dont even think it applies to joining noob games (unless this player has been fountaincamping a lot).

Oh and please don't listen to stuiterbal about his patented "Farm-all-gaem" ® Windrunner

lord_kurai's stats jumps a lot from bad stats to good stats. he either plays better with good players (no shit) and cant be the "lead" player in weaker games, therefore "failing".

just let him be, why the fuck you care about his ladder stats anyways when he mentioned that he could even reset his ladder id 4life? just wait for next ladder system.

Let me test you by telling you a story:

Obviously, bad and outdated rules.
