Just to explain dont you think that we have something called private forum? And there we discuss between ourselves about some unbans.

It is very hard to explain when you cant understand that some situations are some situations they are not all situations.

1 Admins can break rules? or they have diplomatic imunnity?


2 how someone whit poor skills in Dota (example you) can be admin and decide who will be banned or no in game?


3 how someone who brake own rules every day can be admin and defend same rules from another players?

Tardlings...u got friends on bnet, right??Ofc u do, every1 has!!!And u decided to play a game 2gether...there are 5 of you, and the game starts and u are playing against pubbers...in 45th min one of your teammates(friends) leaves cause he has to got help his mom make dinner for his dad!Do you ban him?Or have u ever banned your friend when he left???OFC u didn't and no1 did...so whats the difference???So think about that,what if they banned every1 who didnt ban their friend when they left??How many players would there be playing now???

What i have to judge here?
 U are newb and all player from pd know that, then your stats whit 2-7 k\d and amazing 1 deny per game is pro stats?
 in 50 % of games u have 0-6 or more k\d ratio, in 35% of games u win, 65% lose
and u continue playing in pro games, continue ruin many games on this server, and continue ban ppl for skil abuse,


u ban players whit beter stats of your, for skil abuse.

First as i said I dont care for k/d ratio, for me assists and w/l are important. Second where I banned someone who is better than me for skill abuse ?

Third you from all players have came here to judge about me?

If you think he is abusing his position , you can always report to myubernick or fawkz, since they are the ones who is making decisions about him. Posting ban request for head ban moderator to other moderators, this is ridiculous.

i see rule breaking every day by mr, and i dind see topic about how to report admins, so i make it normal..

I think this topic just goes to show that the position of the mods and the limits to their powers should be made much, much clearer in the rules. As I have stated before in the rules forum, I think having the power to unban yourself, your friends or players at will and without any kind of unban request procedure is a very stupid move which undermines the entire rules and ban/unban system. Your local police officer doesnt have the right to release himself, his friends, or random criminals from jail. That's what trials are for. Why should it be any different for moderators?

So it basically comes down to waiting for the new set of rules and hope for the best. When will they come?

lol negertivs, think about this: if i can decide if u plugged or not to unban u, i guess i can decide if i plugged or not when i get baned because my net sucks, so i can unban myself.
i never unbaned friends when they were guilty and/or without unban requests.

Srsly u should attack MNG regarding those ninja unbans cause u asked me yourself few days ago  to ninja unban u. Its just hypocrisy from u. U only wanted to harm MNG cause he banned u after u broke a rule. U left a game and disrespected in that way other players. It doesnt matters have u left game 5 sec before end or at 1st min of game. U get "leaver warn" for both cases. After game was over u got unbanned and justice was served.

U r new here and u shouldnt comment what u dont know. U ppl from "north" r "cold" and u dont understand friendship as we Mediterranean and Balkanian people do.

All ppl know that MNG isnt gosu, so all r free to kick him from their lobbies if they want to. I get kicked myself very often from hosts who doesnt like me.

We, moderators, have right to do ninja unbans. I do that personally for friends whom I trust and have spent lot of time playing. Ninja unbans r used for ppl who gets DC very often. Ppl who abused that got /f del and /ignore. No1 is immune on rules here.

When u r done with spamming this pointless topic, let me know to lock it ...

Well the problem with handling your own case is that you are biased. Now Im sure that you and most of the mods have good intentions and are, for the most part, integer. But it's very easy to abuse, a mod could in theory just plug and unban himself straight away. Nobody would know.

Another point is that by going through the proper channels and letting another mod handle your case, people will be able to see exactly what is going on and will not doubt your integrity. People will have no reason to accuse you. So this is just as much about protecting the mods. A judge who gets involved in a traffic accident, which is not his fault, will look BAD if he just drops the charges against himself. A judge that goes to his own trail and lets himself be judged innocent by another judge will look GOOD.

And lastly, by following the rules and the procedures that all players have to follow, you are setting a good example! Just as policemen do this in the real world (except in real emergencies) to set a good example, I believe the mods should. It's part of the job!
