Skill abuse... not that simple...

I saw topic by some other guy about skill abuse...
Skill abuse is really hard to decide by my opinion.
For example...  I can join noob game an own them, an they will tell me I'm skill abuser. I got baned, ban expire... I'm smarter now an then I join PRO game... I got pawned an get baned for noob in PRO game.
Still I am same skill player! An still sometimes I can pawn even PRO games, an get pawned in noob games... Its no matter of 1 player.. its matter of team.
I had experience where I join some neutral game, an when game was full 9/10 ... host !pub PRO... so I should leave? or what?

So probs are:
1. Hosts often rename game
2. Are you called pro or noob, depends on your teammates
3. Small number of neutral games

RULE FOR SKILL COULD EXIST IF THERE IS SOME DOTA KNOWLEDGE CALCULATOR WHERE U PLAY 100 GAMES WITH COMPUTER AN THEN YOU GET YOUR LICENSE, WHICH YOU WILL PUT WHEN YOU ARE LOGGING PLAYDOTA... xD

If you are having hard time to find neutral games, you can always "!gopub Dota for All" yourself.

5  x !swap
10 x !open
100 x press enter
An few more..
All of that in precise situations.

And when u have unusual black keyboard and typing in dark... then you use "backspace" every 3 secs (about 50 times)...
Its better to join already made game an light a cigar xD

"LAGGGG... HOST FFS SYNC"
then u sync... an some other guy says
"OMG HOST SYNC xxx"

I join game ... check few !sd in both teams... if it is approximately balanced... i stay.. if its not ... i will leave...

Being lazy won't solve your problem.
Anyway, this is another useless topic. Solution to this is already somehow managed in the new score system. IIRC there won't be any more bans for skill abuse. Just wait for the new rules (even though I'm also curious when will mods publish them).

U should report that host who fills up lobby with noobs and then changes name to pro game. Its obvious. U dont need any proof less than game replay. This is only thing u can do atm.

U should play games which doesnt require DotA skill, eg DotA | -rdso | eu , till u get yourself educated a little bit for pro games. Watch some gosu replays, read guides and learn skill and item build for heroes..
