6.69 quest in normal games

As the 6.69 map brought a new quest, how should host deal with the situation where someone just starts doing the quest in a normal game.
Had one in my team start doing it and completely ignored the team when he was called for defense or ganks.
Share your opinion, because I think it should be completely disallowed, unless the whole team agrees to do it together.

If user starts to ignore the team and waste time on quest he will be banned for bad behavior - refusing to play. If game is "won" then players can "buy some time" and solve quest.
