so you can unban someone without any replay, but u cant ban someone who afk and left game which it shows in the chart as we can see. Totally bs.

If there is not a replay, we can't keep players banned.

Unless you can provide us with a replay, we can't have him banned for that game.

If there is no replay, there's nothing we can judge what happened in the game. There's no possible way for us to determine what happened in the game and what type of punishment should be given, if any.
