Ban players who use profanity words against player's mothers

Is there a rule that I could ban uncivilized player who use profanity words against player's mother like:
"I f&#ked ur mom last night", "I f&#k ur mom in the butt" etc. I thinks its ok to insult or mock the player itself but doing it against player's mother is a disgraced uncivilized person who can't argue well and say stuff against player's mother to hide their idiocy in arguing.

You can report him. This is a clear reason for ban. But mind your replies also, it might make you as guilty as him.
