In IceFrog's latest blog, he has posted another development update of the next patch. This time, he has confirmed the appearance of new loading screen which will be included in DotA 6.69 Also, the development for next patch is progressing nicely likely to be finished in near future, he added. It's nice that IceFrog is adding a new loadscreen for DotA, Let's see if Kunkka (DotA Loadscreen Artist) reveals any artwork of the upcoming surprise. You can send your feedback to IceFrog for the suggestions.

i make a little research and i finally find the loading screen it's cool looke:

It's been a week ago since the developer of the famous dota-allstar developer Icefrog which has released an update from his blog and discussed about the latest dota 6.69 New Loading Screen. Dota 6.69 will surely release very very soon. Are you now excited guys? You might like to read what Icefrog's wrote from his blog below.

Beleive me i know that 40% chances is possibility for that picture to be new loadscreen.
Why?
Kunkka would never do that horrible font and i dont think icefrog would put some old picture ,becuase kunkka did say that he is making new load sceen.

Unfortunetly i can see the signature of picture but if it isnt kunkka it wont be 100% new loadscreen.

Kunkka as such artist he is he would never rip or use other work.

And what will be new in 6.69

Dont hope yet for phoneix as hero but there will be secret bos as in all 6.x9 versions and it might be phonix which was already secret bos in along with invoker 6.49 and icefrog should put new hero after that bos version.
As for me expect new item and one hero remake

6.70 will be that version (in my oppinio) you want that much

So, do you have a guess what heroes will be included on the next loadscreen? I hope Icarus the Phoenix will also put in there..

Meteor Blast

Icarus calls down 2 flaming meteors from space to strike the enemy.

Damage per strike: 200/400/600

Cooldown: 85/75/65
Manacost: 250/350/450

**2 flaming meteors, so that means at level 1 its 400 damage
