big problem!!

Hey guys today i join eurobattle and play some dota in PD.eu with good ping now when i join games the ping is 78 and when i am in game the ping is normale but i have delays i can't know whats the problem it was good before but now always when i play i will have delays and my ping is normale and my connection is good any solution for this? :O
