''Making noob-pro''

I was thinking on games that wont be included in ladder or stats,but have banning rules.(noob in pro game, pro in noob game excluded)

What i thought is if noob plays with noobs in  order not to get ban, he will never become Pro and play on a different game play with Pro.

The only way for a noob or beginner to improve is if he plays vs Insane A1 bots or with Pro people.

But having Internet playing with A1 bots sounds bullshit.

Sow i was thinking of games Excluded from ladder have banning rules in which noob and pro players get mixed up.

Just a suggestion nothin more

practice comes from theory when we are talking about dota.

a noob can increase his skills by reading guids, practicing last hit/deny.

and the biggest thing what noobs miss is AOE of the game, they cant see further then their nose, they cant think 2 steps ahead, or plan in what order to cast the spells to gain maximum effect, take tiny for example.
noobs will cast stun before toss, but they dont realise that when in tos the enemy takes more hits from the stun. and they will never though of buying dagger. they cant learn from practice. because they are not whiling to hear the advices from better ppl in game.

Most of noobs but beginners and some noobs will hear it out prob...
OFC there are some of them that say ''I'll play the hero my style'' not you're style in which case you tell em to do the style that suits the hero

i think it s a good suggestion, you should try it guys
maybe it will decrease the number of ppl who leaves after getting pwned in FB and those who join pro games while they re noobs :/

the bot itself cant create ladder and noladder games in same time it will requere new bot just for normal games.
