Dota Tournament

Hi guys, I really enjoy palying in pd.eu cuz it really rocks... but I'm missing only one thing : Dota Tournaments.
Can you mods, plan some tournaments from time to time ?
Maybe some tournaments based on stats or rank or just Tournaments with lvls ( Pro, semi-skilled,...)
For example " registration strating from rank #150 , or #500, ... " depending on tournament lvls.
And winners will just get awards, like small icons in profile ( kind of gold or silver trophee or medal )
It will be really cool... and will be a big + for pd.eu

We really miss that point here...

yea,thats a good idea imo.
but "registration strating from rank #150 , or #500, ... " this is kinda bad ranking coz might some other players come,who havent played at pd and they wont be in ranking,so i think a normal registration is good,noobs will be out fast anyway

The problem is that Pd.eu people arent familiar with the competitive scene and the roles of heroes. Their playstyles are based on getting good stats and the current stat system promotes it. People think heroes like CM, VS, and Tide all need to farm in order to carry.

good point here all ppl use every hero like carry, VS is great roaming ganker this is here strength, CM really dont need all those expensive stuff to be very useful if good team with roles she proves yourself, and so on.
Roles are forgotten beneath the all stat system here thats why tournament will look like "whos the biggest carry in game"
idea of tournaments is nice thou (+1) more competitive matches in -cm should improve this problem
and bring new dimension to PD.eu

H mm got a suggestion .... perhaps u can allow top 50 players to be captains and select their teams , i know seems like a lot of teams tough most might join their friends and some might not show up so roughly we would have a good amount of teams to play a tournament . Group format would be 3 games each team, point system. Then knockout would be bo3 format and for final bo5
