hello. I went to install another program (RGC) and now I'm not able to enter through eurobattle.net. reason: coundn't open game.dll. can someone explain to me why?

RGC corrupts files of Warcraft, so it is better to have two copies of Warcraft, one for Eurobattle/anything, another one for RGC;

Better also to not use RGC :-D

You should re install everything. If you cannot I can do it through TeamViewer.

Antivirus deleted it. Restore it from quarantine and put an exception to the whole wc3 folder.
