5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Short story, our player with the most PSR took Nevermore and mid and for 20 minutes did nothing, spent time to farm almost all game long. To mention our team had Ancient Apparition who could bring some advantage with his ulti if he had opportunity to get fast levels in early game. Team had good start down and not so bad start up, all what our team needed was his teleportation since in early game 2 or 3 of them constantly chased us between level1 and level2 tower, but nothing, dude kept farming mid and when we died he complained how bad we are. And so his first move was votekick on Joda without reason after 10 minutes of play, Joda did his part to help our team everywhere around on map and then when it was obvious, Nevermore had no intention to play the game with us, he came to farm mid on creeps and to ran around with Silver and then when its all over to come in to kill opponent heroes with low hp, sadly for him he was incapable to do it. He was called all the time to help and he refused until we had no chance to even try something. I made 1000 pings during this game and nothing. Only time he came to help was when Necromancer made 2-3 kills between 20-25 minutes, and even there you can see he was somewhere at distance. Look at this

Note for moderator if you check behavior of phenomenalone, it won't be hard to notice the same behavior in many games, he is known leaver on this and on his other accounts.

Something needs to be done about players who's without real purpose in the game. Taking middle line is important and it is great responsibility. Lately I see often how the game quality drops because 1 player goes mid to do nothing, only for creeps statistics improvements. I very appreciate if player at least try something but fail, it is normal, but being useless like this guy in high ranked games is unacceptable and admins need to do something about this problem.

"Nevermore" need souls after every respawn. He died almost all combats. that's why he was away of the team because he  had to farm souls.
Despite the psychological pressure placed  on him.He tried to join combats and defences. Plus, he even tried to ward the map. Moreover, I have watched one another replay of his "nevermore" game. He is playing exactly the same. He has high psr yes but we cannot expect him to play perfect with every hero.
