abuse suspect and stacker

4.) i know stacking isnt banable since admins are doing that the most, i've been a witness an admin chaging his high psr acc with rly rly good stats do modify to rly low psr and bad stats for a certain game just to stack, im sure you will never ever do something to improve this dieing server.

Second, i suspect that tuskarr player was abusing with his ulti, i think he was using ulti on manual, but not on auto in 6.90, my player was banned because of that when that pitty Vangogh reported him.
Tuskar was dominating in the game, pretty much all game until weaver said this:

He still used autocast, but when i started to cry for stack and abuse he then stopped and started to be medi-core to bad player in this game:

He abused for about 2/3 of the game.

Its sd game man.He didn't take it on purpose he was presented as a choice to it.So this is not a violation.
