Unban problem

I cannot connect to battlenet. After using my account it disconnects me but the thing is I am an Internet cafe owner. So I am having problems to connect for 3 days my customers are complaining please help me.

you can even check the accounts logged in here and since it is internet cafe anyone could have banned here. But please check it
