5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Is this behavior normal for humans or this is human with mental disorder? Lately in almost every game I need to use -mute and !ignore to play the game without disturbances. Why during team fights, this affect 4 players in team and I can't see what's going on because of retards. Normal behavior is 1 click to show something, full screen is too much.

just ignored and play. We can not banned them for spam if we ban them we need ban all of players because all of players use spam like this every game
