Toes, foot, knee, hipsThen I would make her stand up and I would practice my tennis serve, trying to aim for her head...Then I would give her a rest for 10 minutes while i fetch some cigarettes...I'd make her smoke 10 cigarettes at the same time.Then I would use few cigars in the following way:1. light it up2. put it out on her3. re-light it4. 5. PROFIT!!!If she would attempt to spit out the cigarettes I gave her as a present, she'd be slapped by my fists...And btw no way in hell i'd fuck her.
