he was told at start of the game about tuskar bug right after he picked him, still didnt repick as he had time to do so and even tho he was told how to avoid bug abuse, and he didnt follow that either, clearly marks his intetion of to abuse bug, which is in contradiction with rule 5a.

Check replay please i dont have time for repick because i take items and going middle side before speak for this people.i tried my best not to use the vulnerability of the game. I cant play this v6 mode one more time because have bug but noone delete it.

You can play tuskar but you must use the ult while it's autocast is on. Tuskar's ulti is bugged if you use it manually. I watched the replay of the game. you tried to not use ulti.besides you are really v7 player So I will just warn for this time.
