Sick logick 4K

So I make ban request for [sxerboix] coz he spam votekick 2 times with no reason ( https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php/topic,201473.0.html ) and got answer from the smarties kid in battlenet  4K :quote "Sanctions only apply if the innocent player was votekicked"...lets assume u can make the distinguish between "innocent " and "guilty" what i realy doubt but lets say u can...so if some make votekick and NO 1 is voting what this mean for u??..and than if same person do second votekick and second time NO 1 vote ,following your logic, the votekick person is guilty for something,despite no 1 vote against him???..and if votekick person is making complain from the guy who spam votekick 2 times ,despite no 1 vote even first time, he is GUILTY just bcoz some is votekick him....just explane to me ur sick  logick ,coz im trying but i cant follow u in this..When exactly for u is abusing votekick....U can ban for not voting in voitekick but u can't ban if some spam 2 times votekick whit no reason and  NO players voted both 2 times ??!???@?!? ..Enlightening me pls !!! Just pour ur wisdom over me..

I wont comment on your behaviour and ur style in game.

Player must not abuse bot commands:

      a) Votekick Abuse
          - The !votekick command should only be used against players who are ruining the game intentionally by feeding on purpose, exposing or destroying items, abusing bugs/cheating, obstructing allies etc.
          - Starting a votekick and voting !yes against an innocent player may lead to a ban.
          - Starting a votekick against yourself is allowed.
      Note: Sanctions only apply if the innocent player was votekicked.
      b) Spamming !votekicks
          - Spamming the !votekick command against innocent players may lead to a ban.
      c) Votecancel Abuse
          - Abusing the !votecancel command to stop a justified votekick may lead to a ban.

 @iErnesto94 ban someone for 2 times trying to vote kick him? or enough a warn or no need?

No need to comment my game style.  YOU didnt answer me ! If i was votekick First time and no 1 vote,then second time votekick and again no 1 vote - Em I innocent or guilty ?

The request was solved correctly and by the rules. I won't spend time  explaining why the rules are like that cause im busy.

However, this section is to post your complains about request and not to insult others. Next time that you insult an other mod you will receive a forum warning.

As you saw last time your request was solved fairly.


Players are banned only when the votekick was successful and the player hadn't break any rules.
If a user spams votekick 5-7+ times then he could get banned for spamming, not votekick abuse.
