/ insulting / spamming / family related flame / votekick abuse

4: When was the Rule Broken?
from 27:40 Tiny and Clinkz with votekick abuse. Then only Clinkz started flaming, linking my items, and spamming votekick. I wrote him to write more as ban material to warn him to stop but he continued. He also wisped me, flamed my family but unfortunately i didnt get screenshot in time.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
From start i tried with carry build as we lacked melle heroes in this game, they had 3 while we had only Tiny. Clinkz then started flaming cause i didnt play ''way he wanted''.
