Reason insulting teammates

Why am i banned for insulting team mates it happends every single low psr game and this one i won their game i  carry them to win and this guy wispers me this:

He litteraly said if i report him that i get banned and here comes his friend Clara defending him and i get ban later that just isnt fair plus i just said dog cuz they were ruining my game

It's about behaviors what acceptable and not acceptable words. , we are applying our rules.

First you started to call ur team dogs he flamed ur family and you insulted team, you both got punished.

You always calling teammates animals in your games thats not acceptable, Please avoid to call ur teammates with bad words like Dogs.

About Clara and his friend, he got ban for family flame or mby I wrong?

I said invalid why is?  he has nothing related to complain and invalid request his friend flamed you, Moderator didn't make any mistake.

Moderator handled ur request didn't see logs who first started happens with admins.

He asked for unban, I was clear with my answer in the topic.
