I had been playing with together with him for long time but in recently he started being much agressive in his games with everyone due losing games in row.

Sometimes he goes alone in places without vision while enemy team lives and after he dies, he starts to insults and blame at his teammates for not helping him instead of avoiding to repeat same mistakes over again.

I don't mind about if you ban him or not but atleast i want him to realize his passion to winning at games made him into this over accepting losing and enjoy the game.
