He played a selfish game. Being a carry does not mean you have to run in middle of the gank or trying to kill steal after you let your teammates die. He had many kills after farming alone for 30 mins. Our (apart from him) teamplay has already won the game and his kills in late game did not mean anything.

I watched all the game and he clearly did nothing wrong. He had to farm as a carry while contributing as much as he can. Please contemplate next time you open a ban request because moderators spend their time solving requests.
