In lobby when some1 whisper, there is confirmation in logs. Thats why they talk like that because they thinks, they cant be punished. So it that true?

Most people just print print screen, there is no other way to proof.

I don't know when happened without date by using /time or link of game if game played could be prove chat date of  screenshot when yesterday or week or more
