I think after this minute when he muted us, he started to bought Observers and not put them + he put the wards in his circle so we cant them too, so we played like 20 mins without wards, i had only to deward
+ He was playing solo game, never with us, leaving us play 4v5 fights and so on, as u see in game he had only 3 assists , to understand how useless he was by playing solo, he didnt help us with nothing, total anti team player
