5: So i was playing a whole different game, and i receive a message from a user named PRAVNIK calling me noob. I know who he is, every failure like him has multiple accounts cause he gets banned often and i bet it is for national intolerance like he proved us here, i don't know what type of players are on this server but if you allow people like this to evade ban and to spam more and more then this reporting means nothing and this whole ban request section means nothing cause no one learns their lesson. I think that is the point here, the ban serves as a way for someone to learn manners and decent playing skill.
I don't know if you need this to be translated, its in English, and i guess this boy is the boss of the server, no?

He can get unbanned whenever he likes?
What is the point of admins then?

If you allow this kind of behavior to happen, its on you guys. Cause i guess he will be the boss and all the others can go suck their thumbs.

I checked him and he is not currently ban evading. In addition, he hasn't received any unbans.

haha well yes, i reported him and he got ban, but by the time this request is solved another season will start so its all good, you don't need to do anything anymore. Maybe be a bit more less sus in the solving of these requests cause it seems like you purposely waited for his ban to pass and then try to solve the request

so i made my request while he was banned, and you had 2.5 days to solve it but its all good.
Just for your information, there are people in the world that are not stupid as you may assume.

Nobody waited. The requests are not solved immediately since this is not our paid job but a hobby. When I checked I didnt find that no_lifer_xd and pravnik to be the same person. Checking multiaccount is not 100% accurate.

In addition I saw that the accounts pravnik and no_lifer_xd play together at the same time. Unless he just shared his account with a friend but I cant know about it.

I will ask the opinion of a more experienced admin to check the multiaccount.

I understand that you do this as a hobby that is why i did not spam at all regarding this request although time passed and he got unbanned. I waited for an admin to respond whenever the time was right.

And dude, with couple of searches i could see the following:

Player: no_lifer_xd last played on 07-07-2021 12:17:46, ban was issued on same day, 07-07-2021 at 15:24.

Player: pravnik started game at 07-07-2021 19:05:18, while no_lifer is banned 

maybe i didn't see proper, but i think and correct me if I'm wrong, but i couldn't find not one game where both players are playing together. That is with me and 30 seconds of searching.

As I said, it is okay now and time has passed, if i get spammed again i will report. For now everything is cool and i play in peace. It is not needed to make a full blown investigation for one multiaccounter, everyone does that.
The point of my post was that while he is banned on one account, he joins game with different name (which i had no prior conversations) and he spams me and flames me again. That is a lesson not learned, but if he can't learn, that doesn't mean i can't also.

I dont disagree that it is easy to say yes, its most likely his account. However, I need to be sure before I ban someone. I will search more when I have time.

Better 3 criminals to walk free rather than an innocent person to be imprisoned .

Ok seames the time I come in. Will investigate. I did  check this account before and this player is or were ban evading. Now the sanction will afect all people playing from that destination, but that is a sanction ... No 1 is above the rules.
