Spamming and insulting occurred through the whole game, feel free to review the entire chat log and you'll see what I'm talking about. I don't mind pinpointing exact moments, but I'd spam the post if I did so.

Note: Keep in mind that this player already has 14 warn points, and is continuously repeating same offenses. Taking that into consideration, as well as the fact that he's publicly promoting racism, I feel like a permanent ban should be considered in this case (basing this statement in accordance with Lagabuse rules and guidelines).
