Ban Request (anti_tr)

Hi! hope you are fine.

The player "anti_tr" should be banned for two reasons:

1) I played 5 games against him in a row. In all games one of my team players dropped. "anti_tr" was the host all times. For example, this game, the last of the 5 i played against him today. https://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=game;gid=6389477

He created a new acc. He has 13 games. He is abusing some glitch so we have a player in enemy team dropped.

2) His nick violates rule 9 (Member must not have inappropriate nickname). He is against turks.
